Mental health awareness is an important concept for all individuals, whether they are of early childhood or geriatric. According to the research literature, one in five people live with a mental health condition each day. In Alabama, the suicide rate among young adults have surpassed both the regional and national average!
Our practice strives to increase the awareness and importance of mental health and emotional well-being. Although the perception of mental health has improved over the years, the stigmas and societal barriers are still relative today. All Is Well wants to help reduce the stigma and break down the barriers attached to mental health. .
