Emmanuel L. Rock

Founder & Director of Clinical Services

Emmanuel Rock is an Associate Licensed Counselor (#C4082A) under the supervision of Ashleigh Goggins, EdS, LPC-S, NCC of Gadsden, AL. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology, along with his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville State University. He is a National Board-Certified Counselor (#1674993) and specializes in children, adolescents, and older adults.

Emmanuel has experience in inpatient psychiatric care, senior living, Alzheimer's and dementia care, community mental health, and child rehabilitation services. Emmanuel utilizes an integrative and holistic approach, along with a foundation that is person-centered and focused on the value of the individual. He also utilizes a process-oriented method with his clinical work to help clients see the progress along their therapeutic process in all areas of life. He enjoys helping individuals of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, and diversities. He has specialized clinical experience in infant and early childhood mental health, child and adolescent counseling, multicultural concerns, geriatric counseling, and health promotion.

When he is not busy working on his passion and drive for mental health, Emmanuel enjoys spending quality time with his amazing wife, Maggie, and his family. He enjoys watching a good classic on Disney Plus, college football and NBA on ESPN, traveling, being studious, and fashion design.
